Refund & Return Policy

01. Overview
This Refund & Return Policy explains when and how you can obtain a refund or cancel a purchase from Ring Labs LLC (“Ring Labs,” “we,” “us”). It applies to purchases made directly through our Services. Where a specific product presents different terms at checkout, those terms control.
02. Digital products and subscriptions
Most of our products are digital software or subscriptions delivered electronically. Because access is granted immediately, fees are generally non-refundable except as described in this Policy or required by law.
- Subscriptions: you may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by law.
- One-time digital purchases: refunds may be issued at our discretion if the product is materially defective or was not delivered.
- Free trials: if a paid plan begins after a trial, you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
03. Refund eligibility
We will review refund requests and may grant a refund where:
- You were charged in error or charged more than once for the same purchase.
- A product was not delivered or is materially defective and we cannot resolve the issue in a reasonable time.
- A refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law.
We may decline refunds for requests made after a reasonable period, for usage-based fees already consumed, or where we reasonably suspect abuse of this Policy.
04. How to request a refund
Email hello@ringlabs.dev from the address associated with your purchase. Include the order or receipt number, the product, and the reason for your request. We may ask for additional details to verify the purchase.
05. Processing and timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor (Stripe). Once approved, refunds are typically initiated within 5–10 business days; the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
06. Disputes and chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we can usually resolve issues faster than a formal dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.
